Delivery Information

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

• Delivery Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days and delivered within 3-7 working days, depending on your location.


• Delivery Areas: We deliver across South Africa using trusted courier partners.


• Delivery Fees: Delivery is free for orders over R1,000. A flat fee applies to smaller orders, which will be shown at checkout.


• Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.

• Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.


• Condition: Returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition.


• Non-returnable items: Certain products, such as software, downloadable items, and hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., earphones), cannot be returned once opened.


• Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


• Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we’ll cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, you will be responsible for return courier fees.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
